Carol Milton is our super fun, super sassy agent on our DFW Expansion Team! Carol is a mother to two girls ages 14 and 17! She is a graduate of Texas State, and holds a Fashion Merchandising degree. Carol has lived in Denton on and off since 1988 and has been married for 22 years. Here is a little Q&A with Mrs. Milton!
Valerie: “What is your five year goal?”
Carol: “I’d like to have one daughter done with college and one starting college. It’s mostly kid related!”
Valerie: “Tell me your funniest Real Estate moment”
Carol: “I walked in to show a home and a loose iguana chased us around the house!”
Valerie: “Who is your role model and why?”
Carol: “My mom. She is the epitome of a true Christian woman. She doesn’t judge anyone.”
Valerie: “What do you like to do when you’re not working?”
Carol: “Shopping, I’m a deal finder!”
Valerie: “Tell me about your favorite food and drink.”
Carol: “Salsa. As long as it is spicy salsa. Anything Mexican, and Cupcake vodka with pineapple juice. Tastes like a pineapple upside down cake!”
Valerie: “Describe your dream house.”
Carol: “One story, small yard, East Texas, master bedroom with another bedroom butting right up to it so I can knock out the wall and make that bedroom into a closet.”
This is just a bit from this hilarious woman! She is a hard worker, and one of my favorite things about her is her commitment to her clients. Relationships take priority over money, I have heard her say this. Carol’s love for homes grew from her home that she inhabited in Tyler, Texas. It was her great-grandparents home and was built in 1897. It was the first brick home in East Texas, and sadly burned to the ground in 1986.
