I chose Darby to sell my house from a very good recommendation that I trusted. I continue to be pleased and satisfied by her attention to detail, availability, and always having answers to my questions. It’s been many years since I sold a house and many things have changed. I know Darby through her envolvement with the school and community that my daughter and I are a part of. When it came time for us to purchase our first home, asking Darby to be our agent was a no-brainer.

I met Darby at an open house. Her attention to detail at the open house was what made me chose to work with her over the twenty other realtors I had met at open houses. This is my third house to purchase in the past ten years and I didn’t know what a great real estate agent was until I met her. For six months she guided me through the crazy DFW housing market. We looked at around 50 houses and put in three different contracts. It was only through her market knowledge, quick response time, and attention to detail that we were able to beat out a cash offer on the house that is now my home. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is the cream of the crop and the only real estate agent I will use for the future.

My husband and I were given Darby’s number when we were on a month timeline to find a home. It was unexpected and we were worried that wasn’t enough time. Darby was quick to offer us houses to look at and was willing to meet us at anytime that worked for us. The best thing about Darby is that she didn’t pressure us in any way. She always pointed things out i wasn’t looking for at the time but i was glad she noticed. Cracks in the wall, water heaters and room layouts. Also pointed things out to us in the outside of the properties. We were very grateful for her, she gave us her honest opinion and never beat around the bush or tried to sugar coat anything. She also did an amazing job on referrals on lenders and anything else needed. Robert was amazing and she was right when she said he was quick and could help us get this done in time. We looked at 3 or 4 houses and almost put a contract on Noble when we found the perfect house in lewisville, Redwood. She was more than happy to redo the entire offer to the redwood house and made sure we did a Family Letter. We offered more than asking, but weren’t the highest offer. They said the reason they went with us, was because of the family letter. We couldn’t be more excited to be in our new home. Thank you Darby for taking such good care of us, we never once was worried about finding a home, and all in a month! You treated us like family and we will make sure to recommend you to everyone we know!

We can’t thank Darby enough for finding our perfect home in this competitive housing market. She has a real knack for matching buyers to homes that not only meet the “must haves” lists, but also can satisfy many of their preferences. When we first were looking, we asked her about the area since we needed a real expert about the North Carrollton. We also were picky buyers who wanted to find a home within three close elementary school districts. We walked through a few homes and she really paid attention to the details our what our family desired in our next home. She was very responsive to our questions 24/7 by text or phone. Darby even crafted a family letter to go along with our offers which proved to be pivotal in our home purchase.
